In the Muppet Show, there’s an eccentric scientist Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and his faithful assistant/test subject, Beaker. An interesting question in which to understand the applicability of OSHA would be to ask: if Beaker was Honeydew’s student, would OSHA apply to their misadventures? The short answer is, “It depends.” The long answer is provided below.
